Material & Design
The envelope is quartz, filled with halogen, and given a special coating. Why? To keep the output steady and stop those annoying hot spots. That means the filament runs cooler, lasts longer, and you get consistent heat without worrying about it burning out on you. The R7s connector is a two-pin ceramic base that’s straight and simple. It handles the high heat, and it’s a direct, drop-in fit. It locks in place fast—no fiddling—and keeps everything aligned so the heat stays exactly where you need it.
