Technical Deep-Dive
Here’s the deal. It runs on 400V with high wattage, so you get serious heat without forcing high current through the entire system. And we kept the tube short—around 300mm—because space is often tight where you need it most. That tight footprint gives you high power density. Perfect for heating small zones, fast. Material & Design
Inside, the halogen element sits inside a quartz envelope. Quartz handles the shock of rapid on/off cycles and stays steady, even when things get seriously hot. Then there’s the reflector coating. It focuses the infrared energy forward, so more heat goes exactly where you aim it, and less gets wasted on the mounting hardware. We went with the R7s connector because it’s a solid industrial fit. It’s quick to wire, holds up under vibration, and makes replacements simple and consistent.
