What’s Inside: Halogen, Quartz, and the Right Fit
The heart of the heater is a quartz tube, filled with halogen. That halogen chemistry is what keeps the element stable, even when things get seriously hot. It also helps maintain a steady output over time, so you don’t get that frustrating power drop-off during long production runs. The quartz tube itself can handle sudden temperature swings and does a great job of beaming out that infrared energy. And for the connection? We use an R7s connector. It’s direct, tough, and makes wiring in those tight spots a breeze. It gives you a solid connection, both mechanically and electrically. If you’ve got an existing heater that uses R7s, this is a straight-up, drop-in replacement.
